What should be done to help divorcing couples not experience financial ruin?



Have judges require divorcing couple with mortgages to sell the house prior to finalizing.

Have attorneys require mortgage pre-approval, home inspections, title search, and appraisals before finalizing.

Nothing. Let them each work out the details with their attorneys.
