What was left out is the need of this country to rebuild its moral foundations. A real social changing nationwide repentance and revival of the churches is this nations only real hope. Moral bankruptcy has led to all other forms of bankruptcy in our nation. Elected officials and workplace individuals at all levels tend to live on what is legal rather than what is right. Yet with the lie of the "wall of separation" between Church and state after the unconstitutional removal of Bible and prayer from public schools [Congress shall make no law .... prohibiting the free excercise thereof] by the Supreme Court in 1963, the culture of the US has been transformed from a Bible based culture to a pagan culture.

The framework of our culture and our state is Bible based. The further we the people drift from the nations foundations, the further we the people will no longer have the freedoms authored in the Constitution or no longer have the Constitution at all if the threatened Constitutional Convention of 20XX occurs.

I am a 56 year old woman who was born in West Virginia. I reported to my best friend the following day President Obama was sworn in that I believe Senator Byrd of WVA left the luncheon because I believed he could not accept an African American President. My friend did not agree with me and I reminded her that I am a West Virginian and I know first hand how they could react to President Obama. Watching Mr. Ballentine on CNN and hearing his comment about Senator Byrd, I had to agree with Mr. Ballentine's observation. If Senator Byrd was so ill why wasn't he too carried to the hospital like Sen. Kennedy was??????
