have an elective C-section, so the baby could be born alive, even if s/he would die soon after birth
have a vaginal birth, even if it greatly increased the risk of stillbirth (refusing a C-section even if the baby died during labor)
plan a vaginal birth, but choose a C-section if the baby developed fetal distress
have an abortion, induce labor preterm, end the pregnancy sooner and "get it over with", etc.
