Should some high school runners be allowed to run individual time trials due to their religious beliefs?

Yes, if their religion does not allow them to run in the scheduled race, they should be able to run at another time.

Yes, but if so then anyone should be allowed to run at any time for any reason and have his or her time added to the results.

No, if they choose not to run at the scheduled time, they should be given no special accommodation.
