I lived in Arizona 36 years and spent time in Jerome. Come up with a harder question. http://www.jeromeaz.com/ Tombstone probably rates this high despite being a desert town because many people have seen movies of the gunfight at the OK corral at one time or another (Kevin Costner as Wyatt Earp, for crying out loud). Bisbee is part of "The Free State of Cochise" (an Arizona county where they do things differently), but it isn't perched on the side of a mountain.

After I took another look at the picture, I first ROTFLOL, then decided you guys like questions with really obvious answers to make people feel smart and therefore more likely to buy what you are selling. Towns put their initials on higher elevations from time to time. "Can you say 'Find the letter J,' boys and girls?" (Thanks to John Varley's /Golden Globe/ for the adapted quote.)

I also live in Arizona and I think this is a nice question... may be easy for some, but hard for others. Jerome is a nice place to visit and actually I should start building my page on it...I think the next question would be...why is it called Cleopatra Hill?
