The one about gloves and sweaters and push-ups is unrealistic. Yes, maybe I can keep the temperature down to 65 (or 60 for those who are really hardcore), but I live in a place that has winter. If I didn't use heat at all there are times my apartment would get below freezing! Sweaters wouldn't save me, plus I'd hate my life.
