Yes, probably. Maby would have revolted because they didnt have enough food or even a home. Most the time its not even their fault-it is their parents or the government.

I'm not sure I understood the question. Neither party is really "doing" democracy. They are promoting their own interests and democracy is "done" when the majority overrules the minority.
