Do I Know What is Expected of Me at Work

Yes, I have very clearly defined expectations given to me and am measured regularly on those expecations.

The expectations are kinda fuzzy, and the follow-up sometimes happens, sometimes not.

The expectations change constantly, so I'm never quite sure what to prioritize.

I have not a clue what is expected of me. I don't usually find out until my annual review.
