The reason Heilmann, Sanchez, Feliciano and the other relievers failed is that Perez, Maine, Martinez and, all too often, Pelfrey, pitched only 5-6 innings and forced an unmanageable workload on the pen. After 3 straight years of this overwork, they all just wore out. Get starters who can go 7-8 innings and these guys will be much better and the team won't collapse in September.
