What do you think of the album version of Angels?

this Angels is awesome. i am sure from watching youtube of tour that nothing compares to watching David live, but this angels is so much better that studio versions from AI and David sounds so powerful on this and the background music is just beautiful!

I think it's fantasic. I can't wait much longer for the album. 11/11 can't come quick enough for us fans. This album is going to be amazing. I hope he set lots of records with his album sales.

It's impossible for David to do a bad version of Angels, but I love the beginning with just David and the piano.

It's really hard to tell from the snippet, because it may build later into something spectacular. This piece feels a bit "safe," but if it really builds later it may turn out to be the best way to go.

This is what I've been waiting for-- Just David's voice with a little piano mixed in.

It's awesome (of course haha, it's DAVID), but I'm not sure anything can compare to the one from Tulsa...

OH MY GOSH DAVID!!!!! What can I say. THIS IS HEAVENLY, GLORIOUS, RICH, SOULFUL. I can never get tired of listening to this beautiful song and especially when you sing it. Tulsa was AMAZING, but this studio version is just THE BOMB!!!!! The music is JUST RIGHT!! Your voice soars and touches your soul!!! David..... you did it again. I guess what I am trying to say is .... LOVE IT, LOVE IT, LOVE IT, LOVE IT, LOVE IT, LOVE IT, LOVE IT, LOVE IT, LOVE IT, LOVE IT.

This is working for me until his voice gets synthesized. I wish they would use just his voice and the instruments. Having said that, I prefer the tour version of Angels with all the emotion he brought to it. Actually, any version of Angels will sound angelic to my ears when David sings it. I'm so excited for David. Can't wait to hear the CD.

Just LOVE the live performances of "Angels", but I am guessing that the new recording of Angels is going to be AMAZING. We haven't even heard the "best" part of the song yet. AAAAAAHHHHHH!!!!!!! Can't wait!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is just wonderful! I loved this song on AI as well as all of the versions he did on the tour --- but this is just sublime! The best cover of Angel's ever.
I would like LESS background music and more of just that VOICE though

I love the production on this, yes even the little bits of effects on his voice. It adds to it and makes it a bit more fresh and current in the pop scene. The strings are nice and that guitar that comes in, is awesome. Cant wait for the full version of this. Im already addicted to it.
