What do you think of "A Little Too Not Over You?"

All I can say is that the song is awesome and I love all three of them. David sure knows how to pick songs =P

AAHHHH i LOVE all three songs! if it's possible i'm even more excited for the album now... they just need to leak a few more pictures and i think i'll be satisfied :) his voice is amazing. he seems a lot more comfortable now.. like, the tone in his voice. ah. i love it. sorry... i'm fangirling a little lol

Had to listen to it a couple of times to make a decision because I continue to compare these "pop" songs to "When You Say You Love Me" and I need to stop doing that in fairness to the new songs. After hearing this latest one, I believe I like it as much as "My Hands" and "Touch My Hands", but only hearing a snippet of each makes it hard to make a real decision. I will post again later about which I think would make the best single...need more time. Way to go, David....you're album will blow us away!!!

Of course we love CRUSH most of all, but WOW we really love these three new songs! They all have a little different vibe, it's hard to say which one we like most of the three. They're all special in their own way! If we heard the complete song, it may be easier to choose. Amazing David, just can't wait til 11/11!!!!

I love it! I really do! But I guess I'm being a little biasaed cause I love anything David sings. I really like the "hands'' songs but there is something about this one in particular I like.

The hands songs, in present form, as much as I like them do not, at least not in present form. Not crazy about the "Eh"s but it does give the song a modern, edgy sound.

I like this song a lot...it has a different kind of beat and, of course, I love any song David sings. But I have to be honest and say I still REALLY LOVE "My Hands"....the way David pronounces and sings the words in MH just really "gets" to me and I swoon to the melody and chorus. BTW...my husband voted and gives the new song an overwhelming "thumbs up," says it's fantastic, and he really likes it a lot...even better than the other two.

Love this song! Glad we got a preview, I would have to say that i like this one the best out of all three so far!! David's voice is gold though, he can do no wrong in my eyes!!! This young man is going places, fast, yet he is so grounded, it's so amazing, and he is so deserving!!! I am first in line to buy the CD on November 11th!!

I love the song! I really do, but I voted that I like it as much as the "hands song" in my case TMH. I think each song has its uniqueness, and that it represent different generations. I think TMH will go better with younger audience & ALTNOY with older audience! It's very hard to make a choice when we are talking about David, cuz his vocals are amazing no matter what he sings. I wish all this songs are in his new CD.

I really think that TMH has the best chance as his next new single, if released by JIVE as it! But, any other song that they release as his new single will flourish in the charts without any question! We will make sure in helping him achieve all his dreams!

WARNING: everything new will sound better than previous songs, just because of the novelty (being new)

with that said, I love the song!!! however I love touch my hands too... and I love the beginning with the guitar or whatever instrument it is, it just sounds soo cool. A relaxed but cool song.

About deciding for singles, I think Azzof, 19, or whoever employs expert marketers would make the best decisions. For me any would be awesome,, but I love this one and touch my hands. I'm not that crazy about "My Hands".

I like this new song much better than Touch My Hands, but I am haunted by My Hands. I love the unique phrasing lyrics. And the emotions of My Hands are just so raw and real, I can feel them in my soul. To Me, My Hands is one of those songs that will make people buy David's cd just to get that one song. I do think A Little Not Over You showcases David's voice better. Those high notes are just beautiful. It definitely has hit potential.

I absolutely love this song. I think it is the best of the 4. I'm very critical of music and singer and quit listening to the radio for quite some time until I became a fan of yours. The 2 prior songs I have liked from the first listen. This one blows me away. Easily a Top 40 hit pop song.

You have failed to provide a balanced response call list. You have 3 negative response choices, 1 mixed and then one stratospherically positive response choice. It's obvious that the pollster (author of the poll) did not enjoy the song and/or wanted to evoke negative feelings. Either that or they just don't know how to poll. Anyway, given that you practically begged for less than stellar resopnses, you got what you wanted. I think the song is great, btw.

David is going to be one of those rare singers that people are going to buy a song or an album because of the singer, and not necessarily the song. The Beatles had that status. Every Beatle album was a mega hit because of who they were. I believe that David will be on that level. You have to earn that status, and David has already reached that stature, which is amazing. All three of these "new " songs have only been presented in snippet form , so I am reserving judgement on them. David is a humongous talent, and his singing is without equal at this time.

Konokai, I noticed that too. The choices are way too skewed in the direction of negativity, and one over the top positive choice. I can't imagine anyone who is visiting this site "hating" anything about David, especially one of his songs. This site, along with others are David lovefests, or why bother being here. Personally, I love David both as a singer and for his warmth and beautiful soul and heart. His influence on people of all ages (I'm a 55+ man) has been remarkable, and will continue as his popularity expands worldwide.

Okay, I really love this song David. It definetly has radio potential, I think it would be a great idea to have it as the next single! You have no idea how many people are watching for you're songs now after "Crush", its insane. Even Cook fans from AI are starting to like you too! haha. I really loved the hands songs, but I'm not sure if Touch My Hands would be....I don't know. It doesn't seem like a radio song to me. I mean I'd listen to it on the radio, the song (especially the lyrics) are amazing. Me Again. I've finally made my final decision. I think this song would be a great single over the other two songs. It also has the potential for being aired on both "pop" and "top 40" stations. David's vocals are showcased in this song much better than in the other two...the falsetto is fantastic! The very beginning of the song could use a little tweaking (vocals not real sharp/clear). This will be a mega hit, as will the album! WAY TO GO DAVID!!!!

First - I am waiting for the "Ballad" with little background music - that said, I just LOVE "MY HANDS" - the new song is my second favorite.....well, maybe it's equal to "my hands" ---I don't know ---- I love anything "David". Sorry, this isn't much help!

"A Little Too Not Over You" is a really, really good song, although I think the beginning needs a little tweaking also. "Touch My Hand" is a close contender to it because the "tryin to reach out to you touch my hand, reach out as far as you can, only me, only you and the band, try to reach out to you touch my hand" part is SO catchy that I find myself hearing that in my head over and over! And then when the stronger/louder music comes in immediately after...well, I just love that! Of note, there does seem to be some confusion in the title of TMH. You mostly see it as "Touch My Hands" (plural) all over the place, but SURELY it is actually "Touch My Hand" (singular), as that is what he sings in the lyrics....hand-singular nor plural....in three places in the song.

Yes! That's more like my David! I like "My Hands", I can hear David's beautiful voice in it, in "Touch My Hands" not so much, but this song oh yes! There is that incredible voice and that passion that says David Archuleta! Love it!

This is the kind of song that we want to hear because everyone can relate to it. Either you broke up with someone and regret it or someone broke your heart. I like how you can hear David's range. He goes up to the very high notes as well as the low soulful notes. Its a moving song and radio friendly. If David includes this song, it will be one of my favorites for sure. I really love it!!

I believe I like this song the best of the last three, but I have to say I believe the next single should be a Ballad that really showcases David's beautiful voice. Maybe this for a third single. I adore anything David and I think it is impossible to be objective - probably true for everyone on his fan sites. I kind of feel a Latin undertone to ALTNOY and really like that. Also, I'd like to add that for David to be really successful in the Top 40 he's going to have to stick to edgier more R&B with really strong beats and vocals to compete with all the crazy hiphop and out there music these days. That, or very soulful strong ballads. Having said all that, I am completely devoted to David and any decisions that his team makes and loving this David Archuleta journey.

"MY HANDS" wll do extremely well on the charts, probably better than CRUSH. David has a more mature, SENSUAL AND SEXIER sound that will drive ALL the ladies CRAZY just by the 1st note -- myself included!! The lyrics somewhat funky, but good. You cannot help but listen to this song over and over again.

"TOUCH MY HANDS" is totally different. Honestly, at first I thought it was not a great song because of the beat. The lyrics tell a story which is what David likes to do. After I played it several times I fell in love with it.

"A LITTLE TOO NOT OVER YOU".... I thought was a great song because the sound, the lyrics and the vocals were just perfect!! This song has all 3 elements working. David's voice in this song is beautiful, his range, tone... the notes... Oh My Gosh!! The last part of the song was beautifully done, his voice is so delicous!!! I thought this is the NEXT HIT.

But how can one pick just one, it's very hard. All 3 songs are great in their own way especially since David sang them. But if If I have to pick one.....

this was tough!!!!!! i voted pretty much the same as the hands songs. i really love My Hands, n its really hard to pick one over the other when we have 1.22 of My Hands and 1.51 of ALTNOY!

in terms of radio hit potential, ALTNOY is high, but just as My Hands would be imho.. maybe with a slight edge.. TMH is a great too. all 3 songs have great beats n r catchy. but in terms of a next single i guess maybe ALTNOY would be the best option coz its got a very "big" feel. its just tough to be certain coz we only have 1.22 of My Hands.. love the litte "Oh" hook :)

All 3 of the new songs are great!
I like songs that not only have great lyrics and vocals, but are fun to dance to. Of the 3 songs, I think ALTNOY will be the best song for dancing around with. My Hands and Touch My Hands are good listening songs, but just a little too slow moving for my preferred pop style dance music.

As much as I loved hearing the "hands" songs, I LOOOOOVE this. Perfect radio song. It has a great beat, good lyrics, and David's perfect voice. Single PLEASE!!!

Of all of them this is my absolute favorite! David's voice is awesome in this song and I love his falsetto sooooo much! I am already singing along! The melody of the song pulls you in and you want to hear it over and over and OVER! I will be soooo disappointed if they don't put A Little Too Not Over You on the CD! I HAVE to have it!!!!! I really really LOVE My Hands... David's pronunciation in the words is outrageously hot... (I cannot lie) BUT I think ALTNOY has all of the elements of a hot hit! The tone in David's voice gives me chills ala finale songs. His first megahit..but I don't care how Jive puts this out as long as I can buy it soon.

You know this is so hard and heart wrenching. You give us these songs that we obviously end up loving. It's David and he does not pick bad songs. Then we have to pick which one we LOVE best beause ultimately not all songs can go on the Album. That stinks. Which ever song does not end up the Album I REALLY HOPE THAT JIVE PUTS THEM AS BONUS TRACKS OR A BONUS CD. I for one will be missing them if they are not on any Album. I've been reading comments everywhere and notice that alot of people have the same sentiment. HOPE JIVE REALLY THINKS ABOUT THIS ONE.

Me again! OK, I just found out David co-wrote this song. That makes it even more spectacular to me -what an amazing talent! The melodic line is beautiful, the bridge - awesome! I love this song. I really like MH and TMH but this one is in a class all by itself. It reminds me in part of some of the songs he sang on the show; it showcased his voice more so than other two. I think this one should definitely be released to radio. Smells like a hit to me!

yessss i approve as next single. captures his amazing vocal range, cool , hip, and contemporary melody, awesome glory notes and haunting falsetto at the end. i think this song so far will be the most radio-friendly coz it is so him - that's the way people in mainstream radio remember him from the show - showcasing his vocal range and unmistakably David Archuleta as some have pointed out. one goes "hmmmm" in the beginning of the song and by the end you are relentlessly and hopelessly hooked by the Archuleta such that you wanted to vote for him again (wait, the show is over)?

Me Again (last time I promise). I just listened again (lost track of how many times)...cranked up the volume and there is no doubt that this should be the next single...hopefully befoe the album release date! I'm concerned that the background music may be drowning out David's vocals at the end of the song when his voice is soaring...I would like to hear more of his voice and less instruments throughout the song and especially at the very end. David's voice stands alone (i.e., "And So It Goes"). I'm sure that this is all being "tweaked" as we speak. Love your songs, David, and so looking forward to your first album. It's going to be spectacular!!! Thanks for all your hard work...your fans adore you!

Just one more thing. I would love to hear less instruments and more of David's vocals ESPECIALLY at the end, those runs are obsolutely increditible!!! I understand it's the Pop way of doing it, but David is NOT any singer. Remember what one Recording Studio said about David's voice -- NO AUTOTUNE NEEDED!! So JIVE or whomever is doing the last minute touches, please LOWER THE INSTRUMENTS so David's fans can enjoy his voice more!!!

ALTNOY is an equal favorite to TMH for me. The first dozen times I listened, I was totally overwhelmed. Then realized if I was going to be of any help, I needed to focus on each song. I do agree with some of then fans' comments that ONE SOULFUL BALLAD in the mix would set David way apart from all others in this genre.

I like the "yeeaah, ohhhh, ohhhh, ohhhh, wooooooh" part towards the end. HOT, CRAZY VOCALS!!! MOLTEN HOT!!! CRAZY, CRAZY, HOT!!! (me as Randy Jackson. haha.) It has an Elliot Yamin-ish soul to it, of course Archie style. Very nice!

I don't like this song. I don't know why, but it reminds me of JoJo a lot. Meh...I really loved TMH. I'm sold on that song. MH is also a-ma-zing. This one, I don't know...it's weird. I hate the intro. That weird bopping noise ruins it for me, I think. His other 3 songs are SO much better.
