What do you think residential mortgages will look like in a few years?



I agree with you, DJT. Simpler but still being securitized.

I don't believe there will be much lending outside of prime mortgages backed by Fannie and Freddie.

I thikn securitizations will come back and be complex, too. People will be more careful.

I believe another technology, like covered bonds, will pick up the slack.

It's way too volatlie and uncertain to predict or even conjecture.
