If votes counted, Lyndon Johnson would never have served a second term. Richard Nixon would not have beaten Eugene McCarthy. Gerald Ford would have never been President, and Nelson Rockefeller would never have been VP, either.
Jimmy Carter might have been elected....but not likely. But, at this point, I can't go on, as the entire political scenario--after Johnson--would have been so different, we cannot accurately say what would have happened.

The Rule of Law was destroyed, years ago, by our corrupted local judges, and the cancer has metasticized all the way to SCOTUS, Congress, and the White House. Local judges could restore honest elections very easily, and quickly. But they never will, because honest elections don't put a THIN DIME into the pocket of any judge. Judges are thieves and liars. That is the main reason why all Americans piss their pants when they are summoned into any courtroom, for any reason. Judges are to be feared, because Judges are DICTATORS WHO COMMIT HEINOUS CRIMES AGAINST THE PEOPLE.
America's judges are stealing everything in sight, and calling that 'The Rule of Law'. WHAT LAW??? That's the law of the jungle...take what you have the muscle to take, kill any that stand in your way. That's what our courts do, they kill us, economically, with their Laws written from the Bench, with their legal precedents, with their rules of procedure. Lawyers and police co-conspire with the Judges, for a share of the booty...or just for the sick pleasure of watching others suffer. Police LOVE to beat people, to Taze them into submission. POWER! PURE NAKED ANIMAL AGGRESSION! Crude, brutal, insane...and exactly what the judges tell them to do.
America is dying. While she dies, the average worker just meekly pays his taxes to the Judges, so he can keep his home, and have a place to store all the worthless crap he's mortgaged his future to make endless payments on.
After the Federal Monstrosity has stolen 60% of his personal property through illegal payroll taxes, excise taxes, and unConstitutional business regulations, like EPA, OSHA, DOE, Department of Education, Department of Transportation, Securities and Exchange...the whole gamut of Alphabet-Soup Bullshit Bureaucracies that redistribute the wage-property of working Americans, to the hands of those who need it least...THE CRIMINAL LIARS/THIEVES THAT INSIST ON POSSESSING AMERICA, LOCK-STOCK-AND-BARREL.
