What should Suspicious Mind do?

You need to get specific w/him verbally. Ask him flat out if he's seeing others, get him to state the parameters of your relationship ("we ARE exclusive") and tell him to stop acting like a douche.

Talking isn't helping, so get proof: follow him, check his phone logs, snoop in his email. If he's got nothing to hide, no harm done. If he DOES, then your slimy efforts will be justified.

It sounds like he's acting like a dick in the hopes that you'll dump him because he's too spineless to end it first. Make his wish come true for your own sake.

It's obvious you're not an exclusive couple, so if you want to continue hanging out with him, even the playing field and get your own little something-something on the side.

Monogamous or not, it sounds like he's just a dick, period. Dump him.
