Strength does not come from physical capacity. It comes from indomitable will. Therefore, to my knowlede Sj Naveen Pattnaik is the strongest-ever Chief Minister of Odissa.
She is Known For her own dynamisim. She is a self made lady. She has created her own identity and also she was a visionary leader.
Biju Pattnaik, to my limited knowledge, never compromised Orissa,s interest enther for political or financial gains. Had a large heart, with emotion and compassion.

If he is the CM in Orissa for next 5 year then our Orissa has very much progressed.
Nandini Devi is the best CM of Orissa till date. There is no match to her dynamism, fearlessness and selfless leadership quality. If she could have got some more time as Orissa CM in the 70's then today Orissa would have been ranked as the best state of India.
Navin Patnaik is the best CM of not only Odisha but also India.
Navin Patanayak is the worst thing which happened to Odisha. Only history will tell. Biju Patanayak was,is and will always remain the best CM of Odisha.
